YOUR SCALING PLAN

Welcome back to another episode of the Business Ease podcast. In this episode, I'm going to go behind the scenes of my membership at the Accountability Club and go through the scaling plan that I teach within the membership content.

 What I have found when I've been in memberships before is there's so much content that I often don't know what to look at.  So, what I did differently with the Accountability Club was to create almost a decision tree style/quiz to gauge what training you need.   

ABOUT THE ACCOUNTABILITY CLUB

If you're looking for support, it's only $47 a month to join the Accountability Club.  You can even just come in for one month to do some training and get feedback on it.   Each training, generally speaking, has some form of action step associated with it and includes feedback.  If you are able to come to our office hours or go to the Slack channel and post, then we can give you some feedback as well.

 Currently there is one hour on a Thursday morning Australian time, which is Wednesday, around lunch to afternoon USA time.  There is also a Thursday afternoon, Australian time, so we've covered both time zones.  We will be adding other times in as we grow and scale.

The Slack channel is good for in between those calls if you want feedback on something.  Or, alternatively, if you just want to work out where the best place is that you need to work on as you are scaling.

 WHAT IS MORE OF A PRIORITY FOR YOU – TIME OR MONEY?

I’ve found there’s a constant ebb and flow around time and money, so let’s start with money.

1.          Money:- 

  •   Do you have a “no brainer” office suite?

  •   Is your marketing plan generating traffic?

  •   Are you getting consistent leads to fill out the inquiry form and booking calls?

  •   How effective is your services page?

  •   Are you converting sales calls?

  •   How many clients do you want to take on?

 2.        Time:-

  •         Is your office suite scalable?

  •         Would you benefit from a team?

  • Are all your deliverables necessary?

  •         Do you have a weekly schedule?

  •         Do you have a streamlined client journey?

  •         Are you getting referrals?

  •         Do you need training around hiring a team?
