Apply my simple pitching plan to get more clients this week
Pitching is my favourite marketing strategy.
It’s simple & it gets results.
When I first started my business I launched my website, posted on IG and then crickets… for WEEKS
I decided if I wanted to book dream clients, I was going to have to get in front of them. Clients won’t magically appear in your inbox. You have to get into theirs.
Cold pitching gets a bad rap because it’s been done wrong so many times.
Right now, if you want more clients, this strategy helps whether you’re at $2k or $200k.
My Cold Pitching Strategy is simple:
Identify dream clients on IG
I would look up dream clients and think “wow they’d be a dream to work for” and add them to my dream pitch spreadsheet!
DM me the word “pitch” to get my pitching email template and tracking spreadsheet
Craft a pitch template …
… that isn’t slimy, cringe or vague (I have a template if you want it! DM me “pitch” for the link @withhannahandco).
Customise the pitch …
… to a dream client- and I mean actually customise so they feel seen, valued and not just a number on your pitching spreadsheet.
Use a subject line that will get an open.
One that works well for me is “You’re amazing”.
Hit send …
… and get directly into their inbox. I then follow up 7 days later, 30 days later and then I leave it :)
The first time I used this strategy I pitched 10 people and booked 3 clients.
